Online ACH Signup for 2023 Closing on 1/26/2023
The online signup for the payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment is closing at 5pm, Thursday, 1/26/2023.
1. To allow for validation and processing time, residents signing up between now and 1/26 will have their first payment scheduled for February 6, 2023.
2. You will receive an email confirming your successful online signup. If there is a problem with your banking information, you will receive another email before 2/6/2023 informing you of the problem, and giving you time to get corrected information back to us.
3. Late fees are not charged on 2/1 for approved and validated ACH signups.
4. If you are not able to sign up for ACH payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment, your payment is due in our office no later than 5pm on January 31
st. Accounts not paid by 5pm on that day will be charged late fees and interest per the posted collections policy.

HOA Christmas Party
Please join your neighbors for a
"Christmas Potluck Party" beginning at
6:00PM, on Tuesday, December 6th, at the Woodbridge Creek HOA Clubhouse. Water bottles, plates, and napkins will be provided. You are welcome to bring other beverages.
Also, there will be a wagon on the front porch of the clubhouse for the collection of non-perishable foods to donate to The Salvation Army.

Pool Repairs Completed
Repairs to the pool will be completed by Friday October 22nd.The pool will reopen on Saturday October 23rd.

The Community Pool will be closed starting tomorrow October 21st, for some much needed repairs. We do not expect the work to take longer than 5 days. A follow up email will be sent out once the work has been completed and the pool is opened once more.

Pool Access System
The HOA Board approved the installation of a new pool access system earlier this year, this new system will hopefully help the HOA with trespassers as it will limit entry to only those homeowners who possess a pool card.
Pool cards will be issued as soon as they are received by our office. The HOA will provide the first pool card for free. Any 2nd card or replacements will be $10 each. Only 2 cards per household. Homeowners must have a $0 balance OR be in good standing on a payment plan, no open violations, and must have a signed pool waiver on file (Form can be found under Governing Documents on this website). This means that the pool will remain closed until pool cards can be distributed. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Upcoming Community Events:
A couple of ladies in the neighborhood would like to begin hosting events for the Community in the clubhouse.
Below are the times and dates for those upcoming events beginning in September:
Bunco – Every 1st Monday 1:30p to 3:30p
Game Night – Every 2nd Tuesday at 6:30p
Game Night – Every 4th Friday at 6:30p
National Night out - October 5th at 6:30p
HOA Christmas Party - December 6th at 6:30p (this will be a potluck supper) more information will be sent out closer to the date.
HOA Annual Meeting - December 16th at 6:30p

Pool and Clubhouse update
1. The repairs to the pool have been completed and the pool is now open. I want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding while the repairs were completed.
2. There is a new lock on the bathroom door. Please call the office at 254.760.0665 or email us at Manager@ColbyHOA.com to receive the code. We want to remind everyone that pool and bathroom codes are not to be shared with non-members of your household.
3. Clubhouse reservations are now being accepted. Reservations can be made by calling or emailing our office. Keep in mind that the pool cannot be reserved for private parties. If a member would like to use the pool as part of their clubhouse reservation they may do so, but they cannot stop other members from using the pool at that same time.

POOL CLOSED PENDING REPAIRS
There was an unexpected pipe break at the pool, which in turn caused the pump motor to fail. The vendor has been scheduled to go out there Thursday 6/10 and repair the pump. Once repairs are completed and pool chemicals are added, the pool should be opened and operational no later than Saturday 6/12. I want to apologize for the delays while the work was performed and thank everyone for their patience.

This is the new website for the Woodbridge Creek HOA. This website will be where all official announcements such as Board meetings, annual meetings, and other news and information about the HOA is posted.
Governing documents are available from the link above; the contacts page tells you how to get in touch with the HOA, and if you wish to sign up for ACH withdrawals or submit an ACC request, the forms can be obtained at the links to the left.
Owners may get a personal login by contacting our office. HOA financials, account information, and more are available to owners only through their personal logins.
